What is your billing process? You will be automatically billed on the first of the month for the services you received in the prior month.
Does someone need to be home during the service? We do not require anyone to be home during the service as long as we can access your yard.
What if I need to skip a service day? Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to skip a service day. If there is a prolonged pause in services, additional fees may apply after the next service due to the additional pet waste.
Can my dog(s) be in the yard during the service? Yes! As long as your dog(s) are friendly they can be in the yard. *For the safety of our employees, if you dog is unfriendly, we ask that you keep your dog inside during the service.
Do you have a customer referral program? Yes! For every customer referral, you get 1 free scoop! *Please be sure to have the new customer mention your name when signing up*
What happens if there is inclement weather on my day of service? We monitor the weather closely. We will work during the rain but severe rainfall, thunderstorms, and heavy snow may prevent us from scooping. If we are unable to service your yard, you will not be charged.
Does my lawn need to be regularly mowed? We ask that you keep your lawn short and free of debris. If we can't find the pet waste, we can't remove it.
Do you require a long-term contract? No! You can start and stop services as needed. We do ask that, when possible, you let us know 48 hours in advance if you plan to cancel services. * Please note that if you cancel services for a prolonged period of time, your next scooping may require an additional charge due to pet waste build up.

What happens after I sign up? After you sign up you will receive a confirmation email along with an email from Sweep&Go with your account login information. We will also reach out via email to provide additional information about your service day(s).
